We will leave Marrakech early by car to go to Tamazirt. On the road, we will already have the pleasure to admire many interesting places such as the Tichka Pass, Amerzagan, Anezal and Tamlakoute. Once arrived at our first destination of the day, you can get to know the team of muleteers who will take care of our luggage and equipment. We will reach the second destination of the day after a walk of 3 hours. We will spend the night in the village of Tachakuch at 1900m. Night at the cottage.

  • Tachakaucht to Azib Iriri 2310m / 6h

Continue northwest from Tachakaucht. After an hour of walking, you will arrive at a small village, Two more hours of walking on a saddle and through the valley will take you to the village of Amassine, where there is a large Kasbah that you can explore. Starting from Amassine, you will follow a ridge heading south and gain altitude in the afternoon. There is a small river crossing to finish at the end of the day before arriving at your campsite. Installation of the camp at Azib Iriri (2285m) at the Jebel Siroua base. There is a mountain spring and some big granite boulders nearby. Please note that the village of Amassine is a detour and can avoid shortening the hike if necessary. This must be discussed with your guide. Night at camp

  • Azib Iriri to Ait Ighmour (day at the summit)

From the campsite, you will be able to see the river that you will cross at the beginning of the day (after the winter, melting snow can increase the volume of the river). Today's early start will leave you plenty of time to try your Jebel Siroua summit attempt before it's too late in the day (note: teams can not reach the top, you need ropes for this climb, but there is a summit. 2 hours of steep climb. From the summit, the team descends to the northeast in a spectacular valley and cross plateaus through Berber villages where you camp near a Azib (shepherds' refuge) near Ait Ighmour (2355 m). There is a nearby spring where you can collect water. Night at the inhabitant.

  • From Ait Ighmour to Tamlakoute 2485m / 4h

Head east and descend through a cultivated valley for 1.5 to 2 hours in the Tamlakoute Valley. You will cross Berber villages where you can buy saffron; a local specialty. Continue east through the valley through other villages and across the almond fields to Tamlakoute. The last part of the hike takes place on a relatively flat ground that crosses the valley of Tamlakoute. You finally arrive at the village of Tamlakoute (1670m), where you will spend the night in a cottage.

  • The hike ends at the same cottage in Tamlakoute

the pre-organized transport will pick you up in the morning and take you to Marrakech.
